Try before you buy
Every new customer can take a free 12-hour trial before paying anything. We strongly recommend testing the service on your own device and connection first — most refund requests are avoided this way.
When refunds apply
- Service not delivered: if we fail to activate your subscription within 24 hours of confirmed payment, you are entitled to a full refund.
- Technical fault on our side: if the service is unusable due to a fault we cannot fix within 48 hours, we will refund the unused portion.
When refunds don't apply
- Change of mind after activation
- Issues caused by your device, app, or internet connection
- Violation of our Terms of Service (e.g. sharing or reselling logins)
- Requests made more than 7 days after purchase
How to request
Message us on WhatsApp or email support@steammediauk.live with your order number. We review every request individually and respond within 24 hours.
