1. The service

STEAM MEDIA UK provides an IPTV subscription giving access to live TV channels, films and series through compatible apps and devices. Channel and content availability may change over time as providers update their line-ups.

2. Your subscription

• Subscriptions are for personal, non-commercial use only.
• Your login details are for your household and your purchased number of connections — sharing them publicly or reselling access will result in suspension without refund.
• Subscriptions activate after payment confirmation, usually within 5–30 minutes.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Payments & renewals

Subscriptions are prepaid for the chosen period. We send a renewal reminder before expiry — it is your responsibility to renew in time to avoid interruption.

5. Service availability

We aim for maximum uptime, but occasional maintenance or provider-side interruptions may occur. We will always work to restore service as quickly as possible and keep you informed.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
